The Senior/Associate Brand Manager will be a key member to our Brand team, who can adapt to new environments and teams and has the passion to work on a brand that will bring a positive impact to the world. This role will include managing high impact projects, including but not limited to product renovation, line extension launches, brand design, enterprise strategies, and the day-to-day business activity (e.g., sales performance analysis, volume forecasting, budget management, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and creative, with demonstrated strength in brand equity building. They will demonstrate leadership of their responsibilities and projects, acting pragmatically and influencing across the organization to deliver with excellence. They will be a growth-minded leader who demonstrates grit, thinks and acts in a disciplined, yet disruptive way, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is part of a rotation program with the first assignment being in Beverage Creations as the Senior/Associate Brand Manager of AFH (Fine Dining) and can be based in either of our HQ locations: Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. The expected duration of each rotation is between 12 and 24 months, and will be determined by a combination of matching development opportunities and exposure to different marketing competencies, and meeting business needs and priorities.
In the first assignment, the Senior/Associate Brand Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Lead portfolio growth projects: Support and drive the Away from Home Waters business specifically in Fine Dining by managing selling initiatives and channel development efforts. Examples include creative (look of success, branded activations) and business-building (trade show support, sales team support).
- Build brand equity within Fine Dining: Support refinement of brand and channel strategy, management of brand partnerships (MICHELIN Guide US, culinary organization partnerships), and owning how the brand activates with consumers & customers (food & wine festivals, customer venues/events)
- Drive insight into action: Support and manage the selling process and Fine Dining specific tools, including channel-specific toolkits, field sales tools, and distributor deals/promotion events
- Relationship building: Facilitate connection and strategic alignment between Brand, AFH Waters Sales team, and Cat Comm to ultimately maximize brand presence, better manage the existing business, and drive new growth opportunities
- Collaboration with customers: Work directly with key Fine Dining customers to build strong marketing relationships and to execute customer specific brand activations.
The Senior/Associate Brand Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Identifying key trends and analyzing market
- Developing strong stories to sell in product ideas both internally and
- Developing opportunities to explore innovation trends in the real
- Developing total enterprise strategies and multi-year platform
- Serve as the “hub-of-the wheel to drive Collaboration with cross functional teams to develop and execute multiple projects in parallel
- Building effective relationships with key internal and external

- Partner with Brand team and key cross-functional stakeholders to manage media campaigns and Integrated marketing execution, tracking, reporting and

- Serve as the voice of the business by leading data analytics and reporting efforts; performing consumer, customer, and competitive analysis; monitoring key performance metrics; and managing ad-hoc
- Responsible for P&L oversight, forecasting and GPS/demand planning with guidance from Brand Manager.
- Contribute strong POV on media strategies and consumer targeting to guide tactical planning efforts.
- Manage marketing activities inclusive of owned, earned, and paid media channel
The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000commensurate with experience.
