- Good computer knowledge and skills (Experience with SAP, Lean Logistics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Skills
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills including ability to write reports, and standard operating procedures
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with all levels of plant personnel.
- The ability to stay organized but yet be adaptable and flexible

- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Critical thinking
- The ability to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
Two to three years of experience in a material and inventory movement, warehouse or distribution environment
Experience in a continuous improvement environment (Lean, TPM, AM, etc.)
