Position Summary:
The Analyst, Customer Collaboration (Supply Chain) drives profitable business growth by optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring product availability, and enhancing performance metrics through strategic collaboration with Walmart and internal stakeholders. This role leverages internal and external data, including Walmart’s Retail Link system & Scintilla, to deliver actionable insights that improve supply chain efficiency and customer KPIs. The Analyst supports the Customer Collaboration team by providing advanced reporting, forecasting understanding, and analytics to strengthen internal & external relationships and align with Walmart’s service, replenishment, and inventory management goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using Walmart’s Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain.
- Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for Walmart and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand Walmart’s fulfillment processes.
- Deliver targeted KPIs aligned with Walmart’s supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Walmart’s supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with cost-savings & optimization.
- Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues.
- Develop and maintain reports using Excel, PowerBI, and Walmart systems to provide insights into customer demand patterns, inventory levels, and service performance.
- Support Walmart fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with Walmart and leading internal Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone’s performance against Walmart’s KPIs, ensuring alignment with “Everyday Low Cost” (EDLC) and replenishment goals.
- Prepare customer scorecards, populate Walmart presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
