This position is remote and based in Nashville, TN.
The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience. You will:
Support the Division in the day-to-day business needs:
- Assist in the Planning Process - deal entry into Danone and Customer Trade systems as well as analysis of promotions
- Provide weekly in-stock and service level reports, and track promotional execution and performance
- Managing deductions and working with Revenue Specialist to ensure invoice/deal accuracy and fast resolution
- Create contracts in line with customer lead times and ensure Trade systems are aligned
- Assisting with customer & internal decks
- Performing periodic in store and virtual store walks focusing on our categories
- Responsible for Add/Delete adjustments
- Manage all price block reports
- Put together internal decks, ensure consistency in format and fonts
Track Division performance:
- Report on how the division is tracking against objectives/goals highlighting where risk exists
- Report on how regions are tracking against Customer KPIs identifying opportunities to strengthen our performance
- Summarize existing reports to keep team aware of key trends
You will be accountable for:
- Create reporting as needed, whether ad hoc or recurring
- Managing internal deal audits (contracts with customer)
- Managing monthly scrub of finished promotions in Danone's trade system to ensure dollars are released as necessary
- Support sales by creating and keeping up to date: assortment grid, rate sheet, customer reset calendars
