RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for building and executing a business plan For Key Regional Accounts
- Ownerships for Key Regional Headquarter Convenience Store relationship and sales management
- Responsible for managing and directing the business objectives and strategies with Brokerage Sales Agents
- Manage Trade and Sales Budget; assist in collecting unauthorized deductions
- Introduce new products to Regional Headquarter Convenience Store Chains, Distributors, and Broker Sales Agents to insure there is a comprehensive speed to market plan. Responsible for understanding national market dynamics to recommend products and sales strategy
- Conducts detailed analysis of business trends for each brand to include: brand share, pricing, promotion levels and trade class development; Formulate specific actionable plans to address problems and maximize opportunities
- Provide and maintain detailed information to management on expenditure v. sales forecast reports, monthly activity reports, updates, etc. for management review
- Manage and supervise promotional plans into Kantar software to manage day to day business, as well as % spend and forecast management
- Manage and leverage MSA Data to optimize whitespace, shelving placement, new and existing customer opportunities
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
The salary range for this position is $75k-105k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
