Associate Finance Manager, Procurement FP&A

We are currently looking to hire a Associate Finance Manager, Procurement FP&A based in either our White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO office.
Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager – Materials FP&A, we are looking for a strong finance professional managing financial reporting and analysis for procurement finance function. This is the key strategy position within Procurement Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide analytical support on financial performance, supporting the procurement finance team in understanding and managing the performance of variance analysis on overall procurement finance for Danone North America, including direct Raw and Packaging Materials. Co-manufacturing and Milk. Your high-quality commentary will help communicate performance drivers and root causes of variance.
- You will support the materials finance team in the Month-End close, Annual Operations Planning (AOP), Monthly forecasting and R&O, and standard setting processes from planning to reporting.
- You will lead the calendar planning process of Procurement finance, in collaboration with NORAM FP&A and Global C&P Finance team.
- You will review and build forecasts, maintain actuals on >$100M Other Material Cost Budget
- You will support the operations’ group decision making with financial preparations for business cases, guiding the business to decisions which support long- and short-term financial objectives, such as Tariffs impact and mitigation plans.
- You will support the developing financials and content for Risk Management Operations Committee (RMOC) financials and presentations.
- You will assist in the building of our standard pricing and budgeting through analyzing pricing trends, forecasting inflation impacts and understanding productivity impacts.
- You will perform data analytics, track invoices, and forecast spending.
The base compensation range for this position is $95k-115k commensurate with experience.
