ROLE PURPOSE:

The Nutricia Care Dietitian will be responsible for ensuring the provision of dietetic services to Nutricia Care partner nursing homes on their allocated territory in line with the Nutricia Care Business Strategy.

Key Activities:

• Provide dietetic care through telehealth and onsite visits.
• Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Promote best nutritional practices in nursing homes.
• Triage referrals and ensure timely resident reviews.
• Maintain thorough records and complete documentation promptly.
• Deliver innovative clinical projects with the Nutricia Care team.
• Collaborate to develop support materials for patients and HCPs.
• Maintain professional development and CORU registration.

Please note, we have 2 roles available covering the following territories:

• 1x role covering Munster on a 12-Month Fixed-term contract
• 1x role covering Connacht on a 6-Month Fixed-term contract
