The Role:

The Strategic Finance Team is responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for the business through a data driven lens. As the central Business Intelligence team within the greater organization, it’s our role to bridge the gap between complex datasets and real-world business impact, transforming raw numbers into the strategic insights that steer our company’s future. As a Lead BI Analyst you’ll be creating high-impact reporting to help reach these lofty objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Independently manage and lead complex, high-priority BI projects, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization

• Drive the strategic development and evolution of the company's Tableau reporting ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and future scalability

• Partner proactively with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels to deeply understand their strategic challenges and translate them into robust, scalable data visualization solutions

• Ensure alignment across teams for the successful execution of BI initiatives. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization across BI systems and workflows, ensuring efficient data pipelines, faster reporting, and better decision-making capabilities

• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and compliant reporting processes

• Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert, providing advanced guidance, mentorship, and technical solutions to other BI analysts on complex challenges and best practices

• Stay at the forefront of BI technologies and industry best practices

• Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new BI tools and data visualization techniques to maintain a competitive edge

What You Bring to The Team:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, with proven success in delivering impactful business intelligence solutions

• 7+ years of advanced SQL experience, with strong query optimization, data manipulation, and troubleshooting skills

• Mastery of Tableau and advanced understanding of its capabilities

• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling data storytelling and user-centered dashboard design

• Proven experience leading BI initiatives at an enterprise level, with the ability to set the strategic direction and deliver high-impact projects

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders, including senior executives

• Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership

• Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, data modeling, and data quality assurance.

Compensation Range: $130K - $175K
