The Role
Are you ready to be the creative architect who catapults a fintech leader's social presence into the next generation?
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to wholly own the strategy and execution of our B2B and B2C social channels. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will define our social-first narrative, galvanize our online community, and attract a new wave of users, clients, and talent. You will be a courageous leader, daring to break new ground while keeping the broader strategic implications top of mind. You will leverage our distinct visual identity and bold brand messaging to position DailyPay as a category-defining leader and a cultural tastemaker. If you are a builder who sees a powerful brand and wants to translate that strength into exponential social growth, this is your opportunity.
If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.
How You Will Make an Impact
Social Media Strategy & Vision
Develop and deploy a comprehensive, next-generation social media strategy and operational playbook for our B2B (HR, Payroll, Finance Pros) and B2C (users) audiences, designed for accelerated follower growth and elevated engagement across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Define our voice and content pillars for each platform, ensuring consistency with our core brand principles
Own the social media calendar, planning and executing real-time, tentpole, and always-on content
Creative Content Leadership & Execution
Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and hands-on development of social-first campaigns and content series
Partner closely with the in-house Creative Studio (video, copy, graphics) to produce high-impact, on-brand creative that is native to each platform
Launch and scale a strategic influencer/creator partnership program to expand our reach, drive brand awareness, and create authentic peer-to-peer advocacy
Community, Analytics & Reporting
Be the authority on social sentiment, continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on core metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, conversation themes, and content performance
Develop and distribute executive-level reports on social media performance and competitive insights
Directly manage and grow the social media team, mentoring them to execute a best-in-class social strategy
Brand and Executive Amplification
Elevate the presence of our CEO and other C-suite leaders as fintech thought leaders on platforms like LinkedIn, translating corporate strategy into polished and persuasive posts
Act as a key brand ambassador at major industry events, providing real-time social coverage to extend event reach and impact
Collaborate with the Public Relations and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless social integration for announcements and co-branded content
What You Bring to the Team
6+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on building a brand presence for a high-growth brand
A proven track record of building online communities from the ground up, driving exponential follower and engagement growth on emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels)
Deep expertise in culturally relevant content creation, understanding what drives engagement and authentic conversation
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to shift voice for diverse audiences (from employees to HR leaders)
Experience in executive communications support for C-level leaders. A strategic mind with a hands-on, proactive approach; this is a high-output role requiring the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence
