Responsibilities
Maintenance & Automation Technicians
-
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Diagnose PLC, HMI, and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
-
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
-
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow safety protocols.
Engineers (Maintenance, Controls, Process, Reliability)
-
Design, develop, and optimize automated and manufacturing systems.
-
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-
Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance through data analysis and engineering solutions.
-
Manage capital projects, including system upgrades and new equipment installations.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
-
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Supervisors
-
Lead and develop maintenance and technical teams to achieve operational goals.
-
Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Support training, coaching, and performance management of technical staff.
-
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support production objectives.
Requirements
-
Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent industry experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or automated environments preferred.

Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.

The salary range for this full-time position is $29.50 - $42.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
