About the Role:

As Specialist, PSS CoE Enablement you’ll be part of the People & Places (HR) team. You will help us create a culture of pride and belonging, sustaining and rejuvenating a great workplace where every employee feels valued, engaged and heard. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions as you assist in a wide range of HR activities to support the organization and its employees. This person will report to the People Shared Services (PSS) Enablement Lead and collaborate closely with the People & Places) team and other cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and benefits, supplying timely and accurate assistance via a ticketing system (JIRA).
• Enhance excellence in People practices by partnering and collaborating across all HR CoE functions to make improvements in our processes, systems, services,
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the People & Places team ensuring the support of targeted processes transferring to the People Shared Services team.
• Demonstrate expertise in HR knowledge and providing assistance with HR programs.

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience within an HR or adjacent team owning HR Process
• Mastery of associated tools and infrastructure, such as Workday and Jira (highly preferred)
• Highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated within a shared services team
• Extremely process and detail oriented with the ability to with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot but knows when to escalate for additional support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Provide data and analysis to the CoE Lead, PSS.
• Experience in People (HR) Generalist roles and working with global CoEs is a plus.
