Company Overview

ConcertAI is building the future of precision medicine. We use advanced artificial intelligence and real-world data to transform how healthcare and life sciences generate evidence, make decisions, and improve patient outcomes—starting in oncology and rapidly expanding across therapeutic areas. Our teams partner with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, providers, and research organizations to solve some of healthcare’s most complex challenges.

At the core of our innovation is CaraAI, our next-generation AI platform that unlocks powerful insights from complex clinical, imaging, and molecular data. Combined with our Precision Suite—which unifies real-world data, advanced analytics, and scalable evidence generation—these solutions are transforming how clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization decisions are made.

ConcertAI brings together a portfolio of purpose-built solutions, including TeraRecon, an industry leader in advanced imaging and AI-driven visualization, and CancerLinQ, the ASCO-originated oncology platform advancing care quality and large-scale discovery.

Joining ConcertAI means working alongside bold thinkers, builders, and healthcare experts on innovative, high-impact products that directly improve patient lives. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization at the forefront of AI-enabled healthcare, with meaningful opportunities for growth and leadership.

Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking a Client Engagement Partner to serve as an embedded, on-site leader supporting a large pharmaceutical client’s Breast Cancer (BR CA) initiatives. This role is designed for a consultant-caliber, highly professional client partner—someone who can operate “toe-to-toe” with senior client stakeholders, shape and defend measurement strategy, and ensure the program is delivering value and credibility.

You will sit closely with the client’s Oncology team, act as the day-to-day face of ConcertAI, and translate analytics, measurement methodology, and program outcomes into clear business decisions and next steps. This position will be client facing with 90% of time spent at the client site, remote days as needed. Travel may be required for periodic program reviews, leadership steering committees, and cross-site stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

On-site client engagement & program leadership

  • Serve as the embedded engagement lead on-site at least 4 days per week, maintaining strong day-to-day presence with the client’s Oncology team.

  • Drive regular program health check-ins and formal success reviews, including executive-ready readouts of progress, outcomes, and risks.

  • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with cross-functional client partners (brand/medical, commercial, analytics, market access, HEOR/RWE, and operations as applicable).

Measurement strategy, credibility, and consulting-grade problem solving

  • Lead client conversations on what we are measuring and why, ensuring the approach is fit-for-purpose, defensible, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Confidently challenge assumptions and refine measurement plans: identify what is “right vs. wrong,” what is missing, and how to improve validity and interpretability.

  • Partner with internal ConcertAI stakeholders (product, data science, analytics, clinical SMEs) to translate client needs into actionable analysis and deliverables.

Executive communication & stakeholder management

  • Own stakeholder mapping, meeting cadence, decision logs, and escalation management across both client and ConcertAI teams.

  • Create and deliver high-polish, consulting-style materials: steering committee decks, weekly summaries, program KPI scorecards, and impact narratives.

  • Anticipate client concerns and proactively manage expectations, timelines, and risks.

Value delivery & account growth support

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope by connecting outcomes to adjacent needs (new measures, new populations, new workflows) while maintaining delivery excellence.

  • Ensure the engagement is operationally strong: clear requirements, well-managed delivery, and measurable client value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus (MBA, MPH, MS, etc.).

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in client engagement, consulting, analytics services, life sciences strategy, or similar.

  • Background consistent with an early-career client partner/consultant (e.g., Accenture, McKinsey, or similar), or equivalent experience in a high-expectation, client-facing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence and professionalism; strong presence and judgment.

  • Experience supporting life sciences/pharma teams, with comfort navigating clinical and commercial contexts.

  • Experience in Oncology, specifically solid tumors such as Breast Cancer (clinical landscape, treatment paradigms, biomarkers, guidelines, and/or common measurement approaches in oncology).

  • Experience working with measurement frameworks (e.g., program impact metrics, real-world evidence measures, patient journey metrics, field effectiveness, or related).

  • Experience in oncology analytics, HEOR/RWE, or evidence strategy a plus.

  • Executive presence and consulting-grade communication (clear, crisp, structured).

  • Ability to debate measurement logic constructively and credibly with sophisticated client counterparts.

  • Strong project/program management instincts: cadence, scope control, risks, and follow-through.

  • Collaborative internal leadership—pulling together SMEs and delivery teams without formal authority.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity quickly.
