Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Senior Contract Manager and Paralegal to join our Legal team, primarily supporting TeraRecon, the organization’s healthcare business unit. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this position is responsible for managing the company’s contract lifecycle, supporting legal and compliance functions, and providing paralegal assistance across a variety of corporate legal matters. This is a critical role that supports our fast-paced, collaborative environment and helps ensure that our operations align with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including NDAs, software and data license agreements, SaaS agreements, BAAs, DPAs, information security agreements, vendor and service agreements, and distribution contracts.
  • Maintain the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process, including intake, tracking, version control, execution, and archiving.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) to align on contract terms and timelines.
  • Manage templates and playbooks; support continuous improvement of contract workflows and policies.
  • Ensure contractual compliance by maintaining accurate records and tracking key rights and obligations.
  • Assist Legal Counsel with monitoring and implementing changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices that impact contractual terms.
  • Assist with corporate governance, subsidiary management, and compliance filings.
  • Support data privacy, and security documentation, assessments and audits in coordination with Legal, IT, and Compliance teams.
  • Support Finance and Revenue Operations teams by reviewing billing terms in contracts, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with collections-related communications or documentation.
  • Support trademark portfolio management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
  • 5–7+ years of experience in contract management and paralegal roles, ideally within the technology, healthcare, and/or life sciences sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, services)
  • Familiarity with and supporting privacy regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidance related to software/medical devices, and related policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal tools such as DocuSign or contract databases
  • Experience managing contracts and legal support specifically in medical device SaaS or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Regulatory, and Compliance teams in a dynamic, scaling company
