Role Summary
ConcertAI is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the development and client-focused evolution of the Precision Suite applications within our platform, specifically tailored for Brand Performance Teams in Pharma. This individual will serve as the Product Owner for our oncology-focused Product, Precision GTM. This is individual will be responsible for Precision GTM’s roadmap while collaborating with the Product teams developing and enhancing Precision Trials and Precision Explorer. This role requires strong strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep client engagement to deliver innovative solutions that empower life sciences organizations with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and strategic direction of Precision GTM, ensuring alignment with the overarching Precision Suite.
- Tailor Precision GTM capabilities to address oncology-specific needs within Brand Performance teams in Pharma such as Brand Leaders, Market Access, Field Force, and MSLs.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client needs and market trends.
- Define Go-To-Market (GTM) use cases and translate into actionable product requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and data teams to understand client challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Define product success metrics specific to commercial oncology applications and track performance to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Act as the primary product interface for commercial clients, engaging them to gather feedback, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Present product vision, capabilities, and roadmap updates to clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership.
- Define Sales Enablement plan including marketing and sales for GTM planning.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless product experience from implementation through adoption.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features.
- Work across the broader ConcertAI product organization to align Precision Insights development with Precision Suite’s core framework and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams to optimize product delivery and meet commercial client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare, or data sciences is a plus.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of oncology and its applications within commercial life sciences.
- Proven track record managing healthcare, life sciences, or oncology-focused SaaS products.
- Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences, with a deep understanding of their needs and workflows.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C-suite executives.
