Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of over 50 events annually—including high-profile industry conferences such as ASCO, ISPOR, RSNA, SCOPE, and other key global meetings. This role is a critical driver of brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement, and will work cross-functionally across marketing, commercial, product, and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis for 50+ events annually, including:
• Large-scale industry conferences (ASCO, ISPOR, RSNA, DIA, SCOPE, etc.)
• Regional symposiums, workshops, webinars, and proprietary hosted events
• Own the event calendar and event marketing roadmap to align with company goals
• Manage external vendors (booth design, logistics, AV, shipping, etc.)
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and leadership to define event goals, messaging, and content
• Drive pre-event awareness, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up strategy in partnership with demand generation
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all event touchpoints
• Track and manage event budgets, ROI, and KPIs
• Develop and manage event promotional assets (landing pages, signage, collateral, giveaways, etc.)
• Support speaker coordination, content submissions, and scientific session planning where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or technology
• Proven success managing high-visibility events with complex logistics and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with global event coordination and travel
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient in event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Asana, Monday.com) and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
• Familiarity with oncology, clinical research, or real-world data environments
• Experience supporting executive leadership and KOL engagements at events
• Knowledge of scientific conference abstract and booth rules and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail
• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually
