The Strategy & Operations Learning Team contributes to the success of Collective Health by ensuring our employees are prepared and knowledgeable about the work they will be doing. We are looking for a Team Lead to develop, lead, and coach, a high performing Learning Team and facilitate training. All leaders should instill and encourage the Collective Health culture and values in all interactions.

What you'll do:

  • Team Management:
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Learning Specialists that work in a hybrid environment. Learning Specialists are located in both Lehi and Plano.
    • Complete quarterly observations for Learning Team members. Track and document Learning Team members progress on success metrics and individual development goals.
    • Manage the day to day activities of all Learning Team members. Oversee their work to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to keep the team aligned on priorities and timelines.
    • Participate in regular 1:1s with the Learning Manager and relay necessary updates and training requests to the rest of the team
    • Manage attendance policy adherence, time off requests, behavioral and expectation issues
    • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new Learning Team members to ramp up support for our day to day core requirements
  • Facilitation:
    • Participate in all equipment pickup mornings for all new hire classes (based on location)
    • Act as the face of Collective Health for the new hires and demonstrate our culture, values, and professionalism in all training interactions
    • Partner with IT, HR, and stakeholders to support onboarding days
    • Facilitate annual and spot upskilling sessions for tenured employees
    • Continuously strengthen facilitation skills
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all new hire training logistics (pre-class coordination meetings, nesting, shadowing, debriefs, weekly syncs, etc.)
    • Partner with Member Services, Quality, Knowledge Management, Service Design, and other key Learning Team customers regularly to improve training program
    • Provide clear communication and documentation (debriefs, readouts) to stakeholders and partners
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for training program related questions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
    • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to support sensitive new hire personnel issues
    • Maintain accurate training records and data to support reporting needs
  • Instructional Design & Material Updates:
    • Contribute to curriculum improvement, keeping curriculum up to date, meeting deadlines for assigned updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to complete updates

  • Facilitation & Presentation Skills
    • Strong facilitation skills and ability to present to large groups
    • Solid knowledge of latest corporate training techniques
    • Basic knowledge of LMS administration
  • Project Management & Organizational Skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Google Suite and Zoom
    • Ability to coordinate logistics (schedules, calendars, technology, materials) with attention to detail
    • Comfortable taking ownership as the main point of contact
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
    • Ability to handle personnel with professionalism and discretion
  • Instructional Design & Continuous Improvement
    • Desire to design thoughtful, high-quality curriculum and learning environments
    • Ability to analyze survey and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
    • Critical thinker who can make bold, informed recommendations
    • Desire for continuous personal learning and professional skill building
    • Commitment to creating a world-class training experience

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
