Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the creation of printed and digital communication materials for our members. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing a suite of internal productivity tools used by our team, with the goal of improving internal processes and enhancing the overall experience for both our members and clients. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and innovation. You will report directly to the Manager of Card Operations and be an integral part of a team committed to continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Execution and delivery of assigned Standard Operating Procedures within the Card Operations team
- Maintain close collaboration with identified cross-functional stakeholders by frequently providing clear and accurate information formally/informally
- Maintain consistent Performance Guarantees/Service Level Agreements adherence across assigned processes and associated deliverables
- Ensure project status and associated metrics are accurately maintained
- Provide superior implementation experience for new and renewing clients
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years experience managing complex business / technical / process projects
- Experience with designing for healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy standards.
- Proficient in project management
- Experience working with customers/end-users
- Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
