Eligibility flows through and impacts every aspect of the Collective Health platform, and we are building out the team responsible for receiving, processing, validating and sending our eligibility information with our partners. We exchange a high volume of files per day with customers, networks, and partners, and are looking for people to be responsible for the operation, quality, and scaling of our data management systems. Through your experiences at Collective Health, you will be a pivotal part of improving the member healthcare experience by operating and scaling our data operations platform.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and own the success of daily eligibility file processes and data management across Collective Health
• Develop an understanding of all of the file formats ingested and sent by our systems
• Investigate and resolve daily exceptions and errors
• Manage operational ticketing and ensure team success with SLAs
• Navigate daily tasks with minimal documentation, ask questions, be curious and analytical in order to build a better understanding of eligibility
• Help develop process documentation and a functional knowledge base
• Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party partners on owning and improving existing integrations and implementing new integrations (gathering and defining requirements, coordinating file build, testing, go-live etc)
• Prioritize quality and building for scale – our team is growing fast so you’ll need to be ready for new challenges

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Required:
  • Excel, G-Suite
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Problem solving & analytical thinking
  • Basic SQL, Python, and/or data architecture knowledge
  • EDI experience - system configuration, data mapping, testing and data reconciliation
  • Experience in a technical oriented customer service organization
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Proactively communicate with leaders and key stakeholders regarding assigned responsibilities
• Nice to have:

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
