Reporting to our VP, Finance, your Initial focus will be on IT spend (software, hardware, services, outsourced labor, etc.) and then extend to the rest of the organization.</span> </p> <p> <span>You will assist with purchasing of hardware and software, negotiating pricing terms, managing vendor relationships and contracts, and will coordinate license and asset inventory. You will work closely with teams across Collective Health including Legal, Finance, HR Operations, Product and Engineering to discover and acquire the best tools for our initiatives. Over time, this role will expand to other areas of our business for their procurement needs by applying the same process and rigor. Are you passionate about all sorts of new and exciting technology? If so we want you on our team!</span> </p> <h3>What you'll do:</h3> <ul> <li><span>Create a procurement function and lead the procurement process that includes review and oversight in collaboration with Finance and Legal for new contracts</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with multiple teams to assess current systems or establish a new process that requires multiple levels of reviews and approvals with appropriate oversight, for all new IT procurement contracts and renewals</span></li> <li><span>Monitor departmental purchasing with initial focus on IT and maintain a database of vendor contracts and their details</span></li> <li><span>Work with our Legal team to manage the approval of Master Service Agreements, Terms of Service, NDAs, and End-user License Agreements</span></li> <li><span>Provide Collective Health teams with feedback on purchase requests, including possible cost savings or competing products that could better serve our needs</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate inventory management of all digital and physical assets</span></li> <li><span>Assist in regular audits of licenses and physical inventory</span></li> </ul> <h3>To be successful in this role, you'll need:</h3> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor's degree with 10 years of procurement experience</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated ability of procurement and contract management within the Tech industry</span></li> <li><span>Experience purchasing large orders of computers, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with industry standard software used in Mobile and SaaS development, such as Unity, Xcode, Adobe, and Atlassian suites</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Word, and Excel (can perform complex functions)</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of Apple and PC hardware trends within the business and IT community</span></li> <li><span>Project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously</span></li> <li><span>Confidence to work with senior leaders, internal clients, external vendors and partners, and colleagues in a professional and positive manner</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to work on a variety of Information Technology matters and help where it's needed</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to continue learning and expanding into other teams for their procurement needs</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently and comfortable establishing a new department</span></li> <li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills</span></li> <li><span>Passionate about details</span></li> </ul> <h3>Pay Transparency Statement</h3> <p> <span>This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office. The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. </span> <span>In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
