With our revolutionary clinical research and decentralized trial models, we are dedicated to improving lives by working with leading pharmaceutical companies, best-in-class physicians, and community partners. We are hiring our first Sales Operations Analyst to empower the Business Development teams with data and processes. You will be the translation layer for BD to the rest of the organization. You will be providing sales performance and business analytics to sales teams and leadership to enable data driven decision making in a hyper-growth environment. You will have experience plotting metrics against the company’s operational plans and strategic goals, efficient communication.</div><div><br></div><div><b>What You'll Be Working On</b></div><div><b>Duties include but not limited to:</b></div><div>-Remove inefficiencies by pulling data, thinking of tools and technology to enable the performance of the teams, and supporting management in process development and optimization so that the BD teams can continue to be optimal and efficient</div><div>-Ability to own projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements</div><div>-Proficiency with Data Loader and data management tools</div><div>-Accountable for operational sales and business development data, trend analysis, and reporting needs</div><div>-Own the tracking and conversion rates throughout the sales and Business funnel</div><div>-Support the administration of the sales commissions plan, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of quarterly sales commission payouts</div><div>-Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to contribute to the total effectiveness of the sales team, communicating openly and solving problems</div><div>-Supporting BD with research on account targeting (researching trials and sponsor pipelines)</div><div>-Development / tracking of sales metrics / goals</div><div>-Supporting / liaison with Finance and coordination with sales leader for forecasting</div><div>-Coordination with Marketing for sales campaign execution</div><div>-Support development of new sales tools, sales sheets, presentations (ppt).</div><div>-Proposal development support</div><div>-Collaborate with other functional areas to collect data and insights for customer interactions</div><div> </div><div><b>Physical and Travel Requirements</b></div><div>-This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.</div><div>-Operates no tools, machinery, or equipment. No significant lifting.</div><div> </div><div><b>What You Bring</b></div><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div><div>-Prior experience in analytics, data management and reporting</div><div>-Experience in managing sales automation and CRM systems i.e., <a href="http://SalesForce.com" class="postings-link">SalesForce.com</a> </div><div>-Detail oriented analytical mind and the ability to dive into complex data sets</div><div>-Has a passion for numerical analysis, can apply this data to business situations and provide strategic recommendations</div><div> </div><div><b>Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:</b></div><div>-A Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting or other business subject (Business Studies, Economics, Accounting) discipline or a numerical / science-based subject (Preferred but not required)</div><div>-3-year experience in a sales operation role</div><div>-Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred</div><div> </div><div><b>Benefits (US Full-Time Employees Only)</b></div><div>-PTO/vacation days, sick days, holidays.</div><div>-100% paid medical, dental, and vision Insurance. 75% for dependents.</div><div>-HSA plan</div><div>-Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life Insurance.</div><div>-Culture of growth and equality</div><div>-401k retirement plan</div>
