Capgemini is looking for a Vice President/Partner level executive to play a key role in the growth and development of the Generative AI business in the North America Financial Services Strategic Business Unit.
This is an opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of banking and capital markets, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to create lasting impact.
The executive will be responsible for strategy, growth and Go to Market activities supporting the global Generative AI & Analytics business and will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern AI, data science and analytics.
Your Role
- Define and execute the Generative AI business strategy, including establishing frameworks for the development, deployment, and commercialization of AI-powered solutions across Banking and Capital Markets.
- Drive the end-to-end business transformation strategy utilizing GenAI to optimize operations, customer engagement, and product innovation within the financial services space.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to integrate GenAI capabilities into the broader enterprise digital strategy.
- Identify key partnerships and alliances with AI technology providers, academic institutions, and startups to accelerate innovation and enrich the company's AI offerings.
- Serve as the primary GenAI thought leader for client engagements, delivering presentations, workshops, and advisory services to C-level executives in banking and capital markets.
- Establish the company as a thought leader in Generative AI within the financial services industry through industry conferences, white papers, webinars, and other platforms.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Partner, VP or other executive level Client Partner for a major technology or consulting services firm. Additionally, the candidate should have the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or professional services with a significant focus on AI/ML technologies, including 2+ years of experience specifically in Generative AI.
- Proven track record in building and scaling AI businesses or practices, particularly in the financial services industry.
- Experience in producing an AI Business plan to drive market penetration and growth.
- Experience in developing and commercializing AI solutions, particularly around areas such as fraud detection, customer engagement, algorithmic trading, and risk management.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable AI development and deployment.
- Deep domain expertise in banking, capital markets, and financial services, with a clear understanding of the industry’s regulatory and compliance landscape.
- Familiarity with the unique data challenges and opportunities in banking and capital markets, such as unstructured data processing and high-frequency trading environments.
- A proven record in directly generating and sustaining high impact client relationships (within top tier firms) yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution
- C Suite track record of maintaining and growing this level of relationships
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $250,000 - $350,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
