Role Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist creates impactful domain aligned content that strengthens brand positioning, supports business growth and enhances customer engagement across insurance and financial services segments The role focuses on translating complex insurance concepts into compelling narratives for digital channels campaigns and client facing materials
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute content strategies aligned to insurance business goals and marketing objectives
Plan and manage editorial calendars supporting product launches campaigns thought leadership and customer education
Identify storytelling opportunities across underwriting claims policy servicing customer experience and digital transformation initiatives - Content Creation and Execution
Produce high quality content including articles blogs landing pages whitepapers case studies email campaigns and social media posts
Create domain specific content explaining insurance product features customer journeys risk perspectives and financial insights
Craft clear engaging narratives that simplify complex insurance topics for diverse audiences
Ensure brand consistency tone and messaging across all content assets - Digital Marketing and Channel Enablement
Support SEO optimization keyword strategy and content performance improvement
Collaborate with design web and digital teams to deliver visually aligned content for web mobile and omnichannel platforms
Develop content for marketing automation flows and nurture programs across customer lifecycle stages
Leverage analytics to measure engagement and refine content strategies - Domain Expertise in Insurance and Financial Services
Understand market trends regulatory themes customer needs and product categories across life health property casualty and annuities
Create content that supports business themes such as claims modernization underwriting transformation digital servicing cloud adoption and analytics driven decision making
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and value in all insurancespecific content - Collaboration and Stakeholder Alignment
Work closely with marketing teams sales teams account leaders and solution teams to develop impactful content
Support bid response content client presentations solution summaries and capability decks when required
Coordinate with thought leadership PR and brand teams to amplify content across channels
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong writing editing and storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify technical or domain heavy topics
- Experience in content creation within insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with SEO digital marketing tools and content management systems
- Ability to translate business and product insights into engaging content
- Strong research communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting insurance based transformation programs
- Exposure to marketing automation analytics and campaign management platforms
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and customer experience themes in insurance
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 123,000 to 159,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
