About the job you are considering

We are looking for an experienced Application Management Platform Support Engineer to support enterprise applications with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure services monitoring and automation The role involves handson troubleshooting onboarding applications to platform services and supporting cloud and infrastructure migrations

Key Responsibilities

  • Support application management functions across cloud and onprem platforms
  • Assist with cloud migrations DPC NGDC and application onboarding
  • Onboard and support applications on monitoring tools Splunk AppDynamics ThousandEyes etc
  • Work on infrastructure services including APIs file transfers S3 load balancers and VIPs
  • Coordinate with platform and infrastructure teams for server provisioning and configuration
  • Troubleshoot application middleware and infrastructure issues L2L3 level
  • Perform certificate and key management Venafi SSH authentication keys
  • Support LinuxUnix environments including filesystem and basic to advanced shell scripting
  • Build and enhance automation scripts for monitoring maintenance and operational tasks

  • Strong experience in Application Support Application Management
  • Cloud Platforms AWS andor Azure solid conceptual and handson knowledge
  • Linux Unix system administration
  • Shell Scripting troubleshooting and automation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61,087 to $104,364

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
