Job Description

The role will operate both as a trusted advisor to clients and a hands on implementation specialist. This role focuses on designing, operationalizing, and implementing Responsible AI and AI governance programs for clients across industries, helping them scale AI adoption while meeting regulatory, ethical, and risk expectations.
The ideal candidate combines consulting mindset, technical depth, and execution capability, with experience implementing AI governance frameworks and tools in real world client environments. This role requires strong client engagement skills, practical experience with AI governance platforms, and a solid understanding of EU AI Act and global AI regulatory frameworks.

Role Expectations
This role blends strategy, consulting, and implementation, requiring the ability to:
• Lead Implementation of AI governance platforms
• Advise clients on AI governance strategy and operating models
• Translate regulatory and Responsible AI principles into practical, deployable controls
• Support clients through AI governance maturity journeys

Required Qualifications / Must Haves
• Proven experience delivering AI governance and Responsible AI initiatives
• Proven delivery of at least one end to end AI governance implementation, with hands on experience deploying at least one AI governance platform, is a MUST
o (E.g., tools such as AI governance and model governance platforms, such as: IBM watsonx.governance , Credo.ai, Monitaur, Fiddler, or any other leading AI governance platform)

• Strong expertise in Responsible AI implementation, including:
o Ethical AI frameworks
o Bias and fairness assessment
o Explainability and transparency controls
o Human in the loop and override mechanisms
o AI risk classification and mitigation
o AI model and use case inventories
o Risk and compliance workflows
o Model monitoring and documentation

• Practical understanding of AI model and use case lifecycle governance, from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
• Solid working knowledge of EU AI Act, including:
o High risk AI system classification
o Risk management and documentation requirements
o Governance, accountability, and oversight expectations
• Familiarity with global AI standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.
• Ability to work directly with client stakeholders across business, legal, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

• Willingly operate in multiple roles as required-consultant, solution architect, program lead, and hands on implementer.'

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 140,000 to 160,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
