Your Role
Product managers are responsible for the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products and services. You will balance vision, strategy, data, design, and execution to support our clients in building the best products for their customers.
As a Senior Product Manager, you are expected to represent depth in the craft of product strategy, definition, and delivery: as an individual contributor and as a thought partner to the global community of practice. You will be a complement to many of your frog peers, as the practitioner of optionality, iteration, and timely adaptation. You will lead client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices. You must be able to originate meaningful perspectives, innovative concepts, and value-oriented approaches, and you must collaborate with a diverse set of working styles and personalities. You will have opportunities to contribute to business development through proposal-writing and pitches.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Shape Product Strategy & Vision – Partner with clients to define compelling product visions and roadmaps that align business objectives with customer needs, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive Product Lifecycle Execution – Help lead all facets of the product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, and delivery, ensuring a balance between innovation, feasibility, and business impact.
- Champion Product Frameworks & Methodologies – Apply and adapt industry best practices in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, and Agile methodologies to accelerate progress and optimize outcomes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create aligned, customer-centric solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Navigate Ambiguity & Complexity – Guide clients through uncertainty by framing problems, developing hypotheses, and rapidly iterating on solutions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Advocate for the Customer – Leverage user research, market data, and experimentation to drive product decisions that maximize customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Coach & Uplevel Product Thinking – Mentor client and internal teams on product management best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation,
- Contribute to Business Development – Support proposal development, pitch new ideas to clients, and contribute to thought leadership in product strategy, helping grow frog’s impact and influence.
Qualifications and Experience
You should have experience and a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively.
Our ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- 3-5+ years of professional product management experience
- Highly developed strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
- Experience in technical requirements writing (e.g. user stories, epics, MVP scope)
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the product management lead
- Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods
Preferred: A university degree in engineering, business management, or a related science or data discipline

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,000 to $160,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
