  • Recommend or implement improvements such as fine‑tuning or custom ML model training.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, and related solution design patterns.
  • Proficiency with Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
  • Experience with .NET technologies.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy AI models and algorithms.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Background in iterative and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desired Skills

  • Certifications in Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Understanding of foundational Machine Learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience with full application lifecycle testing (functional, regression, performance, integration) and delivery management.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with business users across all levels of the organization.
