- Has done development background such as in Java Web technologies in the prior experience As a Technical SMPM must as be able to connect E2E required for execution as they scale cloud migration
- Has Managed enterprise DevOps CICD agile teams as Scrum master
- 7 years DevOps implementation experience CICD automation
- 5 years Agile coaching experience Scrum Kanban
- Strong communication collaboration skills
- Should have a strategic mindset be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Experience in specific industry FS Banking
- Experience in Cloud Migration of Applications Preferred AWS
