The AI Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful execution and delivery of AI and machine learning (ML) projects at T-Mobile. This role involves coordinating multi-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring that AI/ML models are effectively integrated into business operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation through AI and ML technologies.
Your Role:
• Lead and manage AI and ML operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and UI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
• Manage and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices for AI/ML workflows
• Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product solutions, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables
• Oversee development teams, ensuring smooth execution of agile processes and sprint planning
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, resources, or scope
• Foster effective communication across teams, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules to align with business priorities
• Support technical decision-making, working closely with architects and developers to deliver robust solutions
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring delivery success
Your skills and experience
• EM Certification: Level 2 or above
• Operational Management: Proven track record in operational management, including senior clients and key BU executives
• Project Financials: Deep understanding of project financials and the ability to drive them
• Leadership: Ability to manage delivery heads, delivery executives, and engagement managers
• Customer Crisis Management: Ability to manage customer crises
• Experience in product engineering, project delivery, or software development leadership roles
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product management frameworks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of technical architecture, microservices, and API design principles
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe Agilist are highly desirable
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Problem-Solving: Adept at solving complex problems and implementing effective solutions
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity or as Delivery Lead
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$130,000 - $240,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
