Job Title: Reactjs Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full Time with Benefits

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on frontend development using Reactjs
• Build and integrate backend services using Java Spring Boot Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and deliver new features
• Write clean scalable and maintainable code across the stack
• Optimize application performance quality and responsiveness
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Debug and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend components
• Stay current with emerging technologies frameworks and best practices

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development using Reactjs
• 2 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases eg MySQL MongoDB
• Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit Jest or Cypress

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $61087 to 104364/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
