Looking for SCM Functional Lead to join us for a fulltime, role in Troy, MI

The SCM Functional Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes, ensuring seamless integration between business requirements and technology solutions. This role involves leading functional design, managing implementations, and providing subject matter expertise across procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SCM functional design and configuration for ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.

  • Ensure alignment of SCM processes with organizational goals.

  • Oversee procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes.

  • Optimize supply chain workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives.

  • Manage ERP SCM module implementations and upgrades.

  • Provide functional support for issue resolution and enhancements.

  • Conduct UAT and training for end-users.

  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations and customizations.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

  • Develop and maintain SCM dashboards and reports for performance tracking.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 8–12 years in SCM functional roles with ERP systems.

  • Strong knowledge of SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics).

  • Familiarity with planning tools and supply chain analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP technical architecture and integration points.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • ERP certifications (SAP MM/SD or Oracle SCM).

  • Experience in global supply chain operations.

  • Exposure to Agile or SDLC methodologies.
