Job Description

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to distill complex business and technical concepts into clear compelling presentations for senior executives
A strategic mindset with the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions driving initiatives from ideation through execution
Strong experience in business analysis requirements gathering and solution design particularly in fastpaced clientfacing environments
A track record of delivering highimpact consulting engagements managing crossfunctional teams and influencing decisionmaking at the Csuite level
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and document business requirements
Translate business insights into compelling PowerPoint presentations with speed and precision
Present findings proposals and updates to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Lead workshops stakeholder meetings and requirementgathering sessions
Analyze market trends regulatory changes and business processes within the Banking and Capital Markets domain
Work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
Support project planning execution and delivery by providing business insights and documentation
Required Skills Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Outstanding presentation skills including proficiency in creating highimpact PowerPoint decks under tight timelines
Proven experience in Financial Services or Banking and Capital Markets with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel JIRA Confluence and other BA toolsets
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field Bachelor degree or MBA equivalent
Preferred Experience

37 years of experience as a Management Consultant Business Analyst
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Prior experience presenting to Clevel executives or senior leadership'
