Job Description

Title - AWS Cloud Market Leader
Location - NY/NJ


We are currently seeking a top performing Go To Market Leader to drive growth for AWS, with prior experience of defining and driving the Go-to-market strategy, especially with AWS to join our successful Insights & Data Practice. This is a permanent requirement within our Financial Services Business Unit and the successful consultant will be expected to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to global FS AWS Go-to-market strategy and adapt it for North America, focussing on Insights and Data Management initiatives.
Strategic account planning, working with our sales teams at client and business segment level, ensuring alignment and execution across Financial Services Business Units
Proactively seek and develop growth opportunities within client organizations, presenting compelling proposals that deliver added value for clients and incremental revenue for the company.
Serve as trusted advisor to our clients highlighting the industry trends, return on investments by analyzing and understanding maturity of client's enterprise ecosystem
Identify the key technology implementations, leverage of Generative AI, Data Marketplace and other trends with Banking and Financial Services clients
Work with marketing team to develop industry specific collateral, produce blogs and social media content and host related events for partners and clients
Enhancing sales enablement by strengthening the understanding of our sales team around the capabilities we possess.
Experience working on AWS. Partner certifications would be a big plus
Prior experience of leading in GTM, strategy and advisory consulting roles around AWS
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute long-term account strategies, building cross-disciplinary solutions aligned with client goals.
Relationship Building: Proven record of developing and managing senior-level client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Business Development Acumen: Experience in identifying growth opportunities, crafting proposals, and leading successful pitches, ideally within digital transformation or technology consultancy sectors.
Leadership & Influence: A collaborative team player who inspires and motivates colleagues across organizational levels, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
In-depth understanding of technology ecosystem, regulatory requirements and industry challenges affecting financial services clients
Strong understanding of AWS Tech stack especially related to Insights and Data
Deep understanding of concepts related to Data Management, Data Governance, Data Mesh, Data Products, Analytics and Reporting - how the capabilities can be delivered with AWS
Experience in producing points-of-view on industry challenges, white papers and client advisory
Ability to build executive relationships
Expertise to align to the KPIs and quick learner to deliver value from the start
Knowledge of Bedrock Framework, Claude and adoption of Gen AI usecases leveraging AWS native services, vector databases, etc
