Requirement:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Check Fraud Management and Positive Pay solutions. In this role, you’ll shape the product roadmap, drive innovation, and collaborate across engineering, risk, fraud, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions that protect our clients and support their financial operations.

Job Description:

  • Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—ensuring alignment with client needs and company strategy.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Treasury, Commercial Banking, and Fraud Management to define and prioritize product requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment, managing up to four concurrent releases.

  • Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and make strategic trade-offs between time, investment, and value.

  • Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and differentiation.

  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, sales, and marketing to support go-to-market efforts.

  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure performance standards are met.

  • Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate product performance and business impact.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in software or financial product management, with 5+ years in a direct product ownership role.

  • Proven experience in Positive Pay platforms and related systems within Treasury and Fraud Management.

  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and working with engineering teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with digital banking products, including web and mobile platforms.

  • Familiarity with card acquiring and processing technologies is a plus.
