The Release Engineering team is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive execution of the roadmap), converting our product vision, codeBrew (which includes Test framework, CI/Infra/CD) into an actionable plan and ensuring delivery. This role requires having a keen ability to manage in-progress work, backlog and triage items through clear and actionable business stories. This individual should be able to see/drive the entire picture and translate complexity into a clear, structured narrative across multiple audiences. This immediate position requires local to Seattle, WA and work hybrid onsite and does not offer sponsorship.
Your Role:
- Track and manage all in-progress work and backlog items, ensuring clear priorities and ownership.
- Create well-defined business stories and work progression documentation to support engineering teams.
- Monitor project status, escalate risks, and work with engineers to mitigate blockers.
- Provide detailed weekly reports summarizing progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Drive retrospectives and ensure actionable takeaways for continuous improvement.
- Identify dependencies across multiple engineering teams and proactively manage cross-functional coordination.
- Own communication of project updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on delivery timelines or missed opportunities.
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on business and engineering goals.
- Maintain and improve Agile processes (Kanban/Scrum), ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- Influence best practices around project execution, ensuring the elimination of bottlenecks and unnecessary manual toil.

- Identify opportunities and executing strategies ensuring alignment with broader team and organizational goals.
- Able to interpret and align engineering requirements with business objectives.
- Demonstrates persistence in pursuing objectives while remaining open to feedback and collaboration.
- Approaches development with a strong emphasis on automation and operational excellence.
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical program/project management or a similar role within an engineering organization.
- Simple understanding of how engineering workflows (code delivery, QA workflows, and SDLC).
- Ability to synthesize high-level technical initiatives into clear, actionable project plans and business stories.
- Participate in the scrum meeting and ability to drive impact assessment of change in requirements
- Strong risk identification and mitigation skills—ability to proactively solve problems before they escalate.
- Proven ability to track multiple projects simultaneously and provide accurate status updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with developing test cases and use Postman for API testing
- Experience in using SQL skills to leverage other tools of SDLC
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and/or software deployment processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar for tracking work.
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments managing technical projects that impact 10,000+ devices and cross-cloud environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
