Job Description
Capgemini is looking for Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Architects with hands-on experience in creating enterprise grade Power Platform applications, autonomous agents, AI assistants and Generative AI solutions using Microsoft cloud. This role will collaborate with our strategic customers to help them envision, plan and design innovative solutions to connect, communicate and collaborate using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Architect and design integrated solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio). Design end-to-end architectures for agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio that integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.
- Application Development: Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
- Agent Development & Customization: Create and configure custom Copilot agents tailored to specific business needs. Extend Copilot capabilities using plugins, APIs, and enterprise data connectors.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and challenges, recommending innovative and optimal technology solutions.
- Prototyping: Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate the capabilities of Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Azure Open AI and AI Search.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions, including Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry and Agentic workflow solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams. Collaborate with Microsoft Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and leverage their expertise.
- Workshops and Presentations: Drive customer workshops, presentations, and hackathons, collaborating with account and sales teams.
- Solution Development: Identify and develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks to provide differentiated value propositions.
- System Integration: Integrate solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
Skills Required
- Experience: 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in consulting, cloud application architecture, or low-code/no-code app delivery.
- Copilot Studio Expertise: Deep understanding of native Copilot Studio capabilities and integrations with Azure Open AI for RAG implementations. Proficient in creating and managing agents, bots, topics, actions, variables, and analytics.
- Power Platform Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
- Azure AI Skills: Proficient in using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Search, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Document Intelligence, and other Azure services to develop custom AI solutions.
- Integration Experience: Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API management platforms.
- Programming Proficiency: Skilled in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks, including Large Language Models(LLM), RAG, Prompt Engineering, Azure Cognitive Services and AI Builder.
- DevOps Knowledge: Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure/AWS cloud.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$119015 to $170000] annually- depending on relevant experience.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
