About the role you are considering:

A seasoned SAP S/4HANA onshore Delivery Director to lead complex, large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects, strong technical expertise in S/4HANA, and exceptional project management skills.

Your role:

• Own the overall project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, including executive sponsors and business users.
• Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.
• Lead the technical design and configuration of S/4HANA solutions.
• Oversee data migration and integration activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of the organization.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Identify and assess change impacts.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing procedures.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of S/4HANA solutions

Your skills and experience

• 20+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or other relevant certifications is preferred.
