Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• 12 + years of experience in payments transformation programs from Technology transformation perspective. (please focus on non-Cards, areas like SWIFT, RTP etc.)
• Should have tech lead experience in past around Java, J2EE technology in Commercial off the shelf product development side or large transformation programs for Insurance industry
• Experience of cloud deployment, API Integration, Microservices architecture
• Experience in Payments Technology Architecture and integrating Payments Engine/Application with Legacy Systems/Applications
• Knowledge of Global Payments Processing
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX and ISO20022 XML Financial Messaging
• Knowledge of Clearing and Settlement Systems
• Experience in designing a payments enterprise application
• Experience as an architect on inception-to-delivery of successful J2EE projects with optimal quality
• Familiar with architectural solutions involve middleware , service buses, SOA, event driven, transaction processing and workflow
• Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, best practices, security, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
• Hands-on design, architecture and implementation experience
• Should have worked in Integration space
• Implementation of COTS payment engine (any of them - GPP, OPF, MTS, Dovetail, EPP, Volpay) is desirable or should have worked in Payments Build solution

Qualifications-

• Lead and manage end-to-end large transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications.
• Expert in program management - Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Responsible for program Risk management, Performance management, change management
• Drive steering committee calls and other management calls, program reporting and overall program governance
• Must have lead engagements around payment transformation large banks or Payments product vendors
• Should have worked for IT services company, knows way of working and aware of IT services organization dynamics
• Fair understanding of technology like Java, .Net, legacy technology, microservices based architecture and design
• Fair understanding of payments domain (High value, low value, RTP clearing and settlement, various products)
