About the job you are considering - We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply & Response Lead Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP IBP Supply & Response modules to support end-to-end supply chain planning processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance supply responsiveness.
Your role:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP IBP Supply & Response modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and business units to ensure alignment and integration.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for IBP initiatives.
- Configure and customize SAP IBP to meet business needs, including supply planning, response planning, and what-if simulations.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices in supply planning and response strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation for key users and planners.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to IBP planning runs and data integration.
- Stay updated on SAP IBP roadmap and recommend enhancements or upgrades.
Your Skills & Experience-
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ SAP Professional Experience
- IBP Architecture experience with at least 2 (end to end) FLC of IBP Response & Supply (Order Based Planning Heuristic)
- Proven experience in leading SAP IBP implementations or rollouts.
- Strong understanding of supply planning processes, including constrained planning, heuristics, and optimizer.
- Hands-on experience with CPI-DS, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP APO is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- SAP IBP certification (preferred)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration tools and data modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
