"Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Practice Lead to define and drive the go-to-market strategy, innovation roadmap, and client value realization for our Adobe Experience Cloud offerings. This leader will oversee the strategic direction, solution innovation, and delivery excellence across Adobe platforms including AEM, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Workfront—ensuring our clients maximize the value of their Adobe investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Adobe-specific marketing assets that support pre-sales, pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue
• Actively manage and report on market/pipeline growth and account penetration (Bookings, Revenue)
• Partner with practice channel management (i.e., Sector Leads) and regional account teams (through Account planning), and through account-specific value propositions to drive offer revenue and bookings growth
• Develop proactive proposals for Group and Platinum accounts
• Partner and collaborate with DCX capability practices to develop Adobe-based offerings and account-specific proactive pursuits
• Participate in local/regional Customer First COEs to identify opportunities where Adobe is relevant
• Lead and orchestrate Adobe COE team members (and alliance partners) to add Adobe value propositions to RFPs and proactive offers
• Act as a promoter and active contributor to building Adobe-specific thought leadership
• Define innovation priorities and lead the creation of Adobe accelerators that differentiate Capgemini in the market
• Recruiting strategy, plan, and implementation. Support recruiting efforts
• Partnership management tactics and activities (lead and pipeline management, reporting, training, day-to-day operations of the Adobe alliance)
DEAL PURSUIT, SOLUTION & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively participate in Customer First COEs, Market Unit, and Account planning events to proactively identify Adobe-centric opportunities
• Coordinate with DCX Capability Practices and other COEs and Business Lines (Invent, CSD, I&D, BSV, Sogeti) to ensure the right SME representation
• Develop the Win-Strategy and shape competitive narrative for Adobe solution pursuits
• Collaborate with the deal-shaping process to ensure client expectations are met and end-to-end delivery resources are assigned
• Shape deals to be comprehensive, end-to-end, from strategy to execution to long-term managed services
The ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years in digital consulting or enterprise marketing technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Adobe Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to drive practice growth and client success through GTM planning, strategic solutioning, and trusted executive relationships
• Deep understanding of Adobe products such as AEM, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, and Workfront
• Strong communication, storytelling, and client management skills
• A passion for innovation, team development, and delivering business value through technology
• Experience with AI and ML enhancements to marketing solutions
• Ability to create solutions and present to customers
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
