Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams through complex cloud migration projects, with a strong emphasis on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement, while also understanding the technical nuances of cloud transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams involved in cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Cloud Architects, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with cloud governance and security standards during migration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and risks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience with cloud migration projects, preferably to AWS.
• Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira align.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect).
• Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
