As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data from business meetings, understanding business needs, and improving processes. You will act as a liaison between product managers and technical team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Your role

  • Analyze Data: Evaluate outcomes from business meetings to derive actionable insights.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Understand business needs, improve processes, and manage final signoff.
  • Liaison: Act as a bridge between product managers/owners and technical team members.
  • Impact Analysis: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes.
  • Documentation: Create and document stories in JIRA & Confluence, mapping out project processes.
  • Testing: Test business processes to identify live scenarios, aiding the QA testing team.
  • Facilitation: Lead backlog refinements, standup meetings, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Enhancements: Continuously seek new enhancements for the GMA app.
  • Support: Assist the Scrum Master in all meetings and support the Product Manager in prioritizing the backlog.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and requirements.
  • Understanding of the retail industry to effectively address business needs.
