Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Salesforce domain, CRM systems, and financial services. This role requires a blend of business analysis and data analytics expertise, with a solid understanding of JIRA and Agile methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Salesforce processes to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain CRM systems to support business operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage and prioritize tasks using JIRA within an Agile framework.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in the Salesforce domain.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry.
- Solid background in business analysis and data analytics.
- Proficiency in JIRA and understanding of SDLC, especially Agile methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
