Job description:
Will be supporting 3rd party Vernt suite of tools and a large on prem infrastructure.
Location: 3623 Pamela Drive, Bloomington IL – 61704
Key Responsibilities:
Will be acting as onsite coordinator for Capgemini offshore team and will toubleshoot infrastruture issues also.
Required Skills:
VErint suit of tools includes cal recording, screen capture , workforce management, desktop analytics, quality management. desktop analytics, quality management and speech analytics.
Desired Skills:
Should have good technical knowledge of Verint tools which is most important, along with SQL and database knowledge. STO (server type owner) knowledge and ticket support is a definite plus.
