Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Lead

About the job you’re considering
This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement for a client who is 2nd largest staffing company in USA. The job requires your knowledge and expertise in driving a team of ~20 consultant to maintain applications having complex PaaS extensions developed in Oracle cloud. You will be working closely with business users and IT experts to support Oracle fusion landscape comprising of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS extensions. The job offers opportunity to show your expertise in bringing efficiencies in business as well as IT processes.

Your role
• Ensure smooth functioning of Fusion application landscape having 100+ PaaS extensions developed to support custom functionality.
• Work with business users to help troubleshoot issues arising out of customizations and delivered functionality
• Work with IT teams to come up with better and easy to maintain alternatives for various customizations implemented in Oracle Fusion
• Liaise with Oracle for any issues in Vanila solution
• Drive efficiencies

Your skills and experience
• 10 to 12 years of working experience on Oracle Integrations/Customizations (OICS, VBCS, PCS, ATP) on Oracle Fusion application minimum 6 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Implementation experience
• Good knowledge on Cloud Architecture and Framework.
• Working experience in Oracle Processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, PPM Project Costing & Billing)
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience is mandatory
• Should have good Understanding of Agile / OUM (Project Documentation)
• Ability to work with onshore/client team to deliver assigned components or CEMLI.
• Ability to understand the requirements and impact PAAS solution.
• Ability to Manage project independently with team size of 8-10 members
• Strong communication and analytical & Problem solving skills.
• Nice to have experience of Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView
• Must have very good communication skills
• Oracle Cloud OICS or ODA certification Mandatory.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Must be able to Conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions to issues.
• Must be able to Perform system diagnostics and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Must be able to Provide technical guidance during upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
