Bureau Veritas Iraq is seeking a highly qualified BNI Manager based in Erbil or Baghdad
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or an approved equivalent
• Graduate engineer with minimum 10-15 years inspection experience in Building or infrastructure projects, High Rise Buildings, Large water reservoirs, Hotel and commercial Complex, etch, experience in at least 3 of these areas!!
• PMP/Masters preferred.
• Experience with P&L, Sales, and Business Development
• Coordination with the client, performing centers participate in pre-inspection meetings
• Identifying business opportunities/leads with the client and coordinate with the concerned deportment.
• Fully Conversant with the key Civi Engineering standards.
• Able to supervise or more Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 inspectors
• Strong contracts management and proficiency
• Communication and negotiation skills at international level
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent operational and business acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE principles, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
