Position: Certification Planning Executive
We are looking for experienced talent as a Certification Planning Executive based at Bureau Veritas Pakistan, Islamabad.
Role Statement:
- The job incumbent is responsible for Certification Planning Executive.
- He performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics, and the BV Group policies.
Responsibilities:
- The Certification Planning Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily testing, inspection, and certification activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.
- familiar with Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) processes.
- Handle of quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.
- Ensure to schedule the audit minimum for three months ahead.
- Supervise the communication between client and auditor.
- Responsible to issue a tentative audit plan to the client before a final audit plan is issued by the auditor.
- Ensure to issue an invoice to the client after completion of the audit delivery immediately.
- Keep, maintain, and update relevant data/records.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Qualifications, experience, & other skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a training & certification industry.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in TIC or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
