Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage project documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project personnel. - Facilitate communication between project management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
- Address and resolve any administrative issues or conflicts that may arise during project activities.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including progress updates, delays, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to project management, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including as-built drawings and quality control records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on construction or similar projects.
- Pre-advance English level
