Job Title and Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Location

  • Will be based in Sarimay, Khorezm region.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards.
  • Plan and schedule project tasks, assigning duties to electricians and technicians.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Requirements to be a successful candidate

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Relevant certification or license in electrical supervision or related field.
