Job Description:
As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for Ensuring that all inspection activities are conducted in compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and Bureau Veritas procedures
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of inspectors within a defined geographic area or jurisdiction
• Reviewing and approving inspection reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and Bureau Veritas procedures
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Developing and implementing inspection strategies, procedures, and best practices for the local market
• Providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the inspection team
• Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering or project management, to integrate inspection activities into broader operations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Representing Bureau Veritas in local industry forums and events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, or technical discipline
• Specialized training and certifications in inspection methodologies, quality management, or other relevant areas
• Ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices
