We’re looking for a talented Certification Coordinator to join our team in Erbil

The Certification Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating certification processes, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and ensuring all documentation and audit requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor certification and recertification processes across all relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and certification bodies.
• To prepare the CR and Proposal
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of certification applications and renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to certification status and compliance.
• Assist in internal audits and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide support and guidance to teams on certification-related requirements and procedures.
• Monitor changes in relevant standards and ensure organizational readiness for updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in certification coordination, quality assurance, or compliance roles.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
